WHO WE ARE

Our story

Invictus began in 1998, supporting properties across the Pacific Northwest with dependable, hands-on services. From the start, our work was closely tied to the needs of property managers and ownership groups—helping keep sites safe, functional, and operating as expected, season after season.


As our experience grew, winter operations became a natural focus. Snow and ice management demanded a higher level of planning, responsiveness, and accountability, and over time, it became a core specialty of our business. Alongside this work, concrete and paving remained a constant part of our operations, supporting repairs, maintenance, and long-term site improvements.


In recent years, as client needs expanded beyond seasonal services, Invictus evolved again. What began as a single operation is now organized into specialized brands. Each focused on a specific service area, yet all operating under one management team, one operating platform, and one professional standard.
