Almost certainly. Richmond's flat ground means each basin drains its own area and very little else, so a single full sump floods exactly the section it serves.
What sediment depth means it is due?
More than 60 percent of the depth from the sump floor to the lowest pipe, or within six inches of that pipe. Either one is the cleaning threshold.
Why does the structural inspection matter more here?
Because the ground moves. Settled frames and pulled pipe connections are common on Richmond sites, and once the sump refills they are invisible until something fails.
Can you service the whole property at once?
